Damaged unattended installation

@accelerit @zoom fiber I have been without connection for more then 3 weeks. The installation was done by zoom fiber and just after the technician was done, I informed accelerit that the installation was untidy and exposed and I sent pictures as proof, informing them that we have dogs and they might damage the pipes or a car might drive over them and disturb the connection. I didn’t get any feedback and we continued since 21 June 2022. Needless to say the dogs now damaged the connection we complained about and now zoom fiber and accelerit has been sending us from pillar to post regarding free installation as this was their fault initially with bad workmanship and installation. We work from home and my daughter is in matric and does online classes and we have been calling them Almost daily from 15 October. Can @hellopeter please intervene as we feel defeated but are in urgent need of internet?
