customer for a year now

I'm on a prepaid Fiber with them. I was without Internet for 3 weeks and when I choose to use a different service provider they claim it take 30days to release my line. Vumatel is complement in this ******** behaiver.

this company is terrible. so I must be without internet the whole month because I choose to cancel them due to poor service received.
