Connected but no internet for forever

My internet is down since the 4th March. I have now called and the technical support team over 27 times to try and get an technical support person to go out the property to fix whatever the problem is however there is just no joy. Either you do not get through, or they tell you to switch off and on, or they put you on hold and eventually the call cuts. It is humanly immposible to get a competent person on the phone that can arrange for a technician as trouble shooting over the phone goes nowhere.
