My Experience with Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD: Unauthorized Debits, Poor Service, and Unreasonable Charges

To all my connections, I want to share my ongoing experience with Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD as a warning to others considering their services.

After requesting the cancellation of my account, I was informed by Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD’s accounts team that they would only process my cancellation effective 31st of October, claiming that I didn’t provide a "full calendar month's notice." The catch? I was only five days short of this arbitrary period, and they are now attempting to charge me for an entire additional month of service that I do not need or want.

To make matters worse, for the month of September, they processed an unauthorized debit from my account. While I used their portal for manual payments, I explicitly made it clear via email that under no circumstances was I made aware that the portal payment system acts as a debit order. Despite this, they automatically took money from my account without my consent, using details stored in their system.

What’s even more frustrating is that for the month of September, I’ve been charged for absolutely nothing. The house has been empty, and no one has been using the services, yet Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD decided to debit my account for services that weren’t even utilized. Now, their accounts department is insisting that I pay for another full month before they will process my cancellation, even though I’ve had no service usage and am just five days short of their "notice period."

This level of inflexibility, combined with their unauthorized debits and disregard for my communication, is unacceptable. It feels like an attempt to exploit customers by forcing additional charges. Their lack of transparency about their payment systems and failure to handle my cancellation fairly shows a complete lack of concern for their clients.

I have been more than patient, but enough is enough. Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD’s service and their approach to handling customer concerns are appalling.

This should be a warning to anyone considering Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD as an internet service provider. Be cautious and aware of their unfair billing practices and poor customer service.

I urge Accelerit Technologies PTY LTD to do the right thing and process my cancellation immediately, without further charges. And to others reading this, think twice before you sign up with a company that behaves this way.
