Cancellation nightmare!

I've been a customer for Accelerit since January 2021 and every time there is technical issues, their service and responses have just been bad. Eventually had enough and decided to cancel their service in March. I sent a notice to them and waited out their notice period of 1 calendar month. After countless calls and ignored messages they've failed to release the line for me to look for other service providers yet they've disconnected my service, meaning I don't have Internet at home. Yes their pricing is cheap but i guess you get what you pay for, the service is just appalling. I will never recommend this provider to anyone!
