Cancellation

I’ve been using the company for almost 8 months and their service is something else,I I called their contact centre and some of the agents are helpful some are not . I called in June month and I advise them I’m no longer need their service as their Wi-Fi doing tricks and I’m currently using my work one Agent advise me that everything is been noted and I don’t have to worry Boom now they deduct R686 in my account When I told them about the whole situation they advise to come back to me I blv their calls are recorded so they must check that record cause I’m not gonna let this company take my money while I’m not using their service. Please assist as I will take this to court
