Canceled debit order

Good day I have a problem with accelerit fibre company. I cancelled contract with them 4 months ago, but still they always trying to debit money on my account. I even have proof. A day they will attempt more that 3 times to debit. I don't understand why would one debit money if you've cancelled their services..
