Business/ INTERNET Service Provider

I am beyond upset, four days now i havent been able to work at home, this has affected me. Their services is beyond BAD they promise to come through and they dont even pitch, i take my time to not go to work so i can be available for them. Their Technicians are the most Unproffessional people ever. I am expected to pay for the full monthly payment when i havent been having any internet services for 4 days till today. I had to buy so much data on my phone so i can connect to my laptop in order for me to attend to my work. This service provider doenst care about their customers at all. If they did they would attend to any issues promptly.
