BAD SERVICE - provided by Accelerit

I have had endless issues with them. The incompetencies I had to face. The managers and CEO's are so afraid to provide their contact details as they are too chicken S#@ to take ownership. I have a long list of issues I have created and pending since May. In the interim, I have conducted several tests. The fixes were temporary and issue recurring. I requested Lubabalo Qoto's contact details without any joy. The TENDA router drops WIFI signal and I was told that I will need to courier the router to JHB at my cost and a replacement will be provided. The TENDA router issue is not my problem it should be taken care of by the service provider. Can someone please provide me with contact details. People want to start businesses but cannot follow through!!
