Bad service from accelerit. Useless customer service and bad internet, takes 5 minutes to load webpage

Good day. Terrible internet servic every since i switched from web africa to Accelerit. 1st day i see lots of packet loss. Never had a issue with web africa. Ive been with Accelerit for over 2 years and now big issues where it takes 5 minutes to load web page When problems i get 0.01 lowest i and average 0.1 other days. I notice i get this problem at random times and mostly always about 8 to 10pm. to send result of ping and tracet test in the windows console on pc, With speed test and waste my time and problem sill not fixed , even when they app**** settings to try resolve. I issued my request 3 weeks for cancelation and they rep**** the next week and asking me to respond so it wont be on hold the cancelation and anything they can do to keep me on. I told them i still want it canceled and today i get the same automation response with same message and seems they doing nothing for my line to be canceled. Im also quite sure when i did sign up with them with the prepaid fiber with them,I can cancel anytime. I want my line canceled and want to be on my new isp on 1st of febuary, dont want to pay for internet from bad isp, with rude employees, that hang up 20 second, when asking for cancelation, Only care about sales and not to have good customer service, and nothing done for this to be solved for 2 months. So please get me canceled and off your payment system, dont want to deal with you every again .Ticket #885993 on your web site
