Bad service from Accelerit

Poor service, they don't respond to e-mail or calls. There is also a fault logging portal on the website which is just as useless. I regret signing with this company, Zoom Fibre should get other reliable ISP's for my area because currently, they do not have competition. This is the worst service I've ever received ! Pathetic !
