Bad service and zero contact

Been battling with connection for over a month now, can’t even get hold of a human on their contact number and just rings. Have logged numerous calls on their website but still hasn’t been sorted out. All I want is for someone to speak to me about why my connection is so bad and still waiting. I can’t even delete my credit card details on the website. Such bad service all round. I wouldn’t recommend them at all
