Bad service

I app**** for prepaid fibre WiFi for accelerit through Zoom fibre earlier this year.

Things changed when I was supposed to make my 1st payment, agreement was no longer prepaid,but debit order.

I did send any emails regarding payments options,but accelerit ignored my complaint.

I tried to make payments using their bank card number through their system,but it declined me several times. This month I tried the same method again and it did declined me again.

I made screenshots of the steps I took while I was making payment and send them to accelerit. They ignored my email and decided to tell me to make payment through their portal.

They decided to suspend my services without notifying me or solving the problem I reported to them earlier on.

Accelerit has the most *********** customer service staff. They don't solve customer problem,but they tell you what must happen.

They don't come back to customers.
