Bad customer service, poor WIFI connection

I've only had my WIFI for three days and I'm already frustrated, the connection keeps dropping and streaming is almost impossible. I've opened support tickets without any feedback from them, I've called a countless times and they keep telling me they'll check the settings and remote to my router and fix it.

Nothing has been fixed yet and I'm still experiencing issues, what's even worse is I'm unable to access all of the sites such as https://now.dstv.com . They keep timing out which I don't understand because I did ask if I have restrictions on which sites to access, to which I was told no.

I'm really frustrated and angry, I'll look for a better service somewhere else.
