Bad customer service

Hi i have had a very frustrating experience with accelerit fibre installation. I placed my order in January, i was made to pay for a router. And i have been waiting for connection since cancelling my other internet contracts. The reasons for the delay I'm been given changes everytime between them and frogfoot, which sounds like excuses for the poor service. The draining part is they don't even make effort to follow up on the action items untill you call them.
