Bad communication

Accelerit Technologies is very bad when it comes to communication with its customers, we've been out of WIFI since yesterday evening and we dont know what's happening. You are worse than Eskom, they at least inform the public well in advance when there will be loads shedding implemented, so that one can make necessary arrangements.
