Bad attitude and bad communication

They are very rude and sneaky. Their communication is not clear. They assume everyone works at Accelerit and should know processes. Their service is a month to month but they will bill you for suspended services that you don't use without explaining to you and when you want to pay you on 4 invoices that they process however they please. They don't advise you on anything. Horrible people with an attitude.
