Aweful TECHNICAL Assistance - Over 4 days without WIFI - NO URGENCY

Aweful service from their technical team, I logged a issue with them on Sunday evening, I did not hear from them till I called them myself today. They are the middle men between me an vuma tel, they just told me they have logged a ticket for me, and I can expect feedback between 3-5 business working day. Their lack of urgency is the reason I am still without internet.
