Avoid them!!!! Seriously

Been offline for a full 48 hours, day four with no indication of when internet will be restored. I sat on the phone for 15 mins each one of the 4 or 5 times i called on multiple days and my call keeps getting dropped. Second technical support ticket logged on the website, still nothing. Sent “escalation” emails to any and every mail address of theirs i could find. Avoid like the plague, pathetic doesn't begin to describe their service. ill be serving my months notice and moving on obviously
