AVOID ACCELERIT! A users testimonial after nearly 2 years of service

AVOID ACCELERIT! After being with Accelerit for nearly 2 years I have had enough of their substandard service. i was not going to write a review but the last straw was after termination I am being bul**** into paying an additional months service fees and return the ****py router to their offices before closing the account. The adverti*****t made no mention of this and normally the router becomes old and out-dated after 2 years. This despite the 30+ tickets I have logged, the Voip phone that barely ever worked, the slow speeds and consistency was just unacceptable.
