Appalling Internet Speeds and Service

Though this won't get a a response from Accelerit I just wanted to warn others about these guys.

The first few months after signing up with them were amazing, my 25Mbps line felt like a 25Mbps line. Everything else was running smoothly, no lags when playing games, zero buffering when streaming stuff online.

Fast forward 4 months later my speeds are now slow, I query this and they tell me it's because the line in my area is now congested. Now the first thought that came into my mind was any business would make provision for people in every area and make sure everyone gets what they're paying for, but I guess that doesn't apply to Accelerit.

Almost every month since I joined I have to complain and open a ticket about horrible speeds and now it seems to be worse and need my internet to be stable because I'm forced to work from home but no their speeds seem to be getting worse by the day. A 25Mbps like now feels like a 2Mbps line and I have to pay for this every single month because I can't afford not to have internet and they're the only service provider in my complex.

All I'm experiencing lately are just high packet losses, up to 480p video quality streams and lags upon lags when I play games online. Oh, did I mention the Skype call drops? I can't even have a decent Skype meeting for work purposes. To say their service has been nothing short of appalling would be a blatant lie and everyday I see them tweeting, promoting services they can't deliver and they don't even bother to respond to issues when you try to engage them on Twitter.

So, to you, a potential customer I say STAY AWAY. Rather get yourself a Rain sim or something from other service providers because these guys will bring you nothing but stress without willing to assist you to resolve an issue of a service that you're paying for.
