Angry ex customer

Hello Peter my name is Boitshepo Kgare and I am soooo angry and disappointed by the service provider called Accelerit. This company has given me a headache since I signed up with them as their fibre is always down so I canceled my subscription effective immediately this month but now surprisingly they debited my account regardless. I'm am so ****ed and I want my money back.
