Acelerit WiFi Poor After Service

I recently obtained WiFi services through Acelerit and although they were prompt in activating the service their after sales is non existant. I subscribed for the 50/50 service which is currently only running at +-30/30. I have logged calls and after having to follow up after a week they responded. I did another check and there was no change in the signal strength, sent them all the screenshots as requested and once again it's 3 days later with not even the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint. Please be aware of Acelerit lack of after service.
