Accerlerit Fibre

Service from Vumatel and isp accelerate is absolutely shocking. I paid for my Fibre to be installed on the 26th of March and till today nothing has been done. It's impossible to get hold of vumatel and accelerit. Have emailed my isp being accelerit MULTIPLE times have send several emails and not even a single phone call from them. Shocking shocking shocking.

I have requested multiple times for a manager to contact me and still nothing.
