ACCELRITE **********

The ********** who masquerade as a fibre network ISP. They cluster complex residents on a data line. 90% of the time there is no service and you are better off without their service. Signing up with them is like someone selling you electronic appliances and lie to you that there is electricity at the house you are moving into. I spend more on data and I have lost business and their unreliability has dented my reputation with clients. The management is very arrogant, and they don't resolve any cases, but are very quick to close tickets. They should be investigated by ICASA and the association of ISPs. They lie and sell you non-existent products. Even if you ask them to terminate service, they continue to bill you. THE WORST ‘ISP’ I have ever seen, a 2mb Telkom line functions better than Accelrite.
