Accelirit

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Accelirit. Despite the convenience of a 24-hour email address for support, their response times are unacceptable, taking several weeks to address any issues. Furthermore, when internet service is down, they provide no explanation or updates on the issue, leaving us in the dark. The resolution process is also frustratingly slow, taking several hours to resolve. As a result of this poor service, we have decided to cancel our service with Accelirit and switch to another provider. Unfortunately, even in canceling, we have encountered further issues as our cancellation email was not acknowledged or accepted. The overall experience with Accelirit has been extremely frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them.
