Acceleritwireless is a horrible service provider.

I have had an account with acceleritwireless for their 1gig a day package since February this year their service is terrible there is always no internet access I have reported this to them on countless occasions and nothing has changed so I finally decided to close the account with them from the month of December I emailed them a week in advance to cancel my account from the first of December which is today, I have emailed them four times as I am not getting any response from them and my account is still active and they have tried my card already twice yesterday and today despite me emailing them to cancel the account and not take payment from my card, there is no option on the customer portal to either cancel your own account or cancel subscribed card, their phone is constantly busy I tried calling and I was on the phone for over 30mins waiting for a supposed next available agent.
