Accelerit/Vumatel - Worst Fibre service providers!!!

Non-responsive on email, technical support never answers their calls. After 2 months of threatening and asking for cancelation of my account via email, nothing was done and I had to literally drive to their offices to get any resolution. They resolved the issue and I decided to keep my account with them. Fast forward to a month later, and my connection was down for 2 weeks due to the service cancelation request I had made prior to driving to their offices. Like a victim of abuse, I stayed after they resolved the same issue yet again. The following two-3 months were good till this past weekend where my connection was down only to find out it's due to the initial cancelation request from more than 6 months ago despite me having received an invoice and paying yet again.

I've never received any credit for the months I've paid without any connection and have had to Hotspot myself using mobile data so I can get some work done. Yet again, they don't respond to emails and technical support is difficult to get hold of!!!!
