Accelerit...poor, pathetic services and customer care!!!

A single star, in my opinion is far too many stars to award this company. Their service delivery from start to finish has been nothing shirt of appalling. I have wasted time, money, minutes abd energy trying resolve the speed of my internet line with them from the time they installed my device/line. I would not recommend their services to anyone...their turnaround time for emails abd telephone calls seems to be in the region of two/three weeks. Pathetic...
