Accelerite, ********* service provider

Worst service i have ever received. I was told by them that they can install Fiber at my residence, only to find out later that they cannot do the installation because there is only one other ISP that has access to the finer lines. Accelerit asked me to pay a deposit before they can arrange installation, payment was made the same day and after three weeks i made a follow up and was told that they can no longer assist me with installation in that area. I then requested that the refund my deposit cause they made a mistake in telling me that they can do fiber in my complex, but in actual fact they cannot. I was then told that the money is not refundable, this was never mentioned to me by the sales person and no where on their invoice does it say its not refundable. They are now refusing to refund me my money that i paid to them and no service was rendered by then and the installation never took place.
