Accelerite is a **** !! Bad service

I have never been disgusted by this service provider , from the get go i ordered the router in April and it only arrived in June , after that they deducted unauthorised amounts numerously when you email them they just close calls even if your ticket is still unresolved , you email management no response , you call they promise you the world but end up not doing a thing , I have emailed all the proof needed to get my Refund done but nothing till today since beginning August ,
