Accelerit worst service in the country.

The poor service just continues, for the past week every night the signal strength drops to +-1mbs on a 50/50 package. I have logged 2 tickets which needless to say after 4 days no one has responded to. Today I tried calling and after numerous attempts, as when you select 2 for technical they let you hold and eventually after 4/5 minutes just cut the call. Eventually a consultant answered and after listening to my "story" undertook to call me back in 5 minutes - needless to say that was 3 hours ago. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, worse even than public services...... (I previously also made a comment on hellopeter which they just ignored - this is just to warn prospective customers)
