Accelerit, worst ISP i have ever used

In all my years of dealing with ISP's , i have never dealt with a company so bad! Over a year with them and 72 tickets later!..... internet is forever going down. I would never recomend this ISP. Staff work from home, and mess you around, tickets are answered days later.
