ACCELERIT - Worst Fibre Service Provider

I have requested ACCELERIT to terminate the services almost 3 weeks ago at my house after getting fed up of their poor service and worst customer service. So far I have logged 8 tickets complaining about the outage and disconnection request and inspite of breaching the SLA they dont seem to respond. After 3 weeks, they still haven't approved the disconnection request and everytime I call them or raise a ticket say that someone from the Accounts department would contact me which never happens. I hope they are not going to comeback with another stupid excuse forcing me to use their pathetic service for another 1 month. Their services are deteriorating over past few months and they are probably going to win the worst service provider award in 2023. They should probably change their name from ACCELERIT to DECCELERIT ...
