Accelerit Wireless is the WORST ISP-STAY AWAY!!!!!!
The worts experience EVER!!! Ever since I joined Accelrit I have been suffering. Every month I have to ask them to activate my internet even though I make timeous payments without fail every month. And when they eventually answer their phone, I get the worst possible customer care..... The ladies there are very rude and have threadbare product knowledge. GUYS STAY AWAY FROM ACCELERIT!!!!!!!
Hi Anthony, please note allocation issues are generally associated with EFT payments. EFT payments require manual allocation whereas Credit Card and Debit Order payments are allocated manually.
