Accelerit the worst service provider for internet

Accelerit has by far being the worse service provider for internet ever, I don't know how many tickets I have logged in in order for them to fix their internet and they never did, and now they are making me pay for another month of subscription while I've asked them to cancel their DAM internet even though I followed their processes of cancelling my contract with them. I want my money back and they do not want to give it back. Thee worst service provider for internet I've ever experienced in my life.
