Accelerit - The WORST ISP ever

The customer service that I received from Accelerit Technologies (ISP) was the worst that I have ever experienced. The person answering the phone does not know how to help you and when they put you through to another department, the call gets dropped 65% of the time. When you succeed in talking to someone they promise to contact you back and never does. The email based support is slightly better but again they do not do what they promise, I cancelled my contract and now they don't disconnect me from the Frogfoot line, so I cannot get another ISP to connect me.
