Accelerit - THE WORST! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ******

DO NOT give your money to these people. This is by far the worst company in South Africa and with all the terrible companies out here, that's saying a lot.

The biggest mistake I made was to open a hosting package with these people. Their cPanel doesn't work, nothing works. So I requested to cancel the hosting package and it'll be 2 months on Wednesday since I've been asking them to cancel product. I've been dealing with the most useless person called Kathryn Simelane who I doubt knows what is going on and yet she's one of the managers - no wonder this company is so terrible. She closed a ticket where I had asked her to cancel my hosting package without actually closing it. Then when I asked her what's going on she's been AWOL. Now I'm dealing with someone called Clyde Jerera who's also just taking his sweet time canceling my hosting package.

This is the most useless company in South Africa and I'm getting ready to go to the consumer ombudsman with this because they refuse to cancel my service and they keep billing me. The only option I'm left with is to cancel my bank card as their site doesn't even allow you to remove your bank card from their system. What a bunch of ******. This is the biggest mistake I've made this year.
