Accelerit - the Politicians of the Service Industry

Having Acceler**** as a "service" provider is similar to the misconception that politicians are there to serve the public. You will pay upfront for a service that you will have the irratic use of, you will receive pre-pause notifications when your account is in CREDIT because their accounts department don't know how to read statements. You will have technicians on your premises after you give them your cancellation notification because your issues from inception (8 months prior) have still not been resolved, which they will deny when the "service" is made worse and call you a **** on social media but when you prove them wrong they are not big enough to admit their mistake. They will tell you that you unplugged the CPU which is why you have not been able to connect to the internet and then send Vumatel out, who then have to replace parts in your CPU. It is ALWAYS the end user that is at fault, you will be told to reboot your devices, your CPU, your router, until the ***s come home and still there will be no resolution, but they can "see" the router on their side so you, the client, must be lying! I will be quite amused to see if this "company" has what it takes to stay in the market for another 5 years with their attitude and lack of professionalism. If you want the same lip service you get from politicians, then Accer**** is the provider for you, if not, and you want to make use of the services you are paying for, look elsewhere!
