This is the most pathetic internet service provider.

Please see my query to accelerit below

Dear Accelerit

You are aware that the network was down for more than a week at Urban Ridge West. You even made an announcement regarding the issue and you apologized for the inconvenience.

Due to not having connection for more than a week, there is no way you expect us to pay for the full monthly amount for services not rendered. That is just ****************.

As per our contract which is legally binding, I did not agree to pay for services that were not rendered.

Can you please send me an invoice with the reduced amount.

If this does not happen, I will have no other option but to escalate the matter to where legal actions will be taken.

For the home user our SLA is worst case 14 days depending on what the issue is, but we endeavor to get clients back online as soon as possibly can.

Your line falls within the home user SLA.

Our terms and conditions are shared with you upon sign-up and with every invoice sent out.
