Accelerit sucks

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, I was told the waiting period is 7 to 14 days for installation, I app**** for everything on the 20th of February, it’s the 22 of March now nothing has been installed, if you don’t call them they won’t come and install, I was told no one logged my order last week, when they did log my order no one pitched today, when I asked why isn’t no one pitching they told me to be patient, I’ve been patient for a month now, they still don’t know what’s happening. Im not allowed to get a refund because it’s company policy, they haven’t even provided a service but because they log a order I can’t get a refund, how do you decline someone a refund when you haven’t even kept your end of the deal, I’d understand if they installed something and I wasn’t happy with the service then you can decline my order because at least you did something, they haven’t done anything and they don’t want to reimburse me, if you are about to go with Accelerit please be prepared to be disappointed, I live in Morningside, Sandton
