Accelerit - Steer Well Clear

Just a warning for anyone out there looking for a fibre connection internet contract. Steer well clear of Accelerit. They have to be the most useless organization I have ever dealt with. Over 22 minutes waiting on their so called Helpline to get someone to answer, which never happened, a fancy website with "ticket systems" to get support which are never dealt with, and an attitude of complete unhelpfulness. Not to mention incorrect billing, overcharging, and poor internet connection.

The reviews speak for themselves so one more probably won't make much difference, but don't go near this company if you want any type of after sales service.
