Accelerit : STAY AWAY FROM THIS "ISP"

I am truly unhappy about the level of support from Accelerit, or should I say I am totally disappointed in the total lack of support. Not only do they not respond to tickets at all, their call center does not function at all (calls answered by typical pre-recorded messages) but there-after, after holding on for many many minutes, the line simply drops. This happens repeatedly, Their so-called client portal is so slow it is basically unusable. If ever some-one from Accelerit was to read this complaint, I refer them to ticket #530493 which documents this whole saga. I am giving my cancellation notice to them today - let's see how that goes!? (And I will update this review with the good or bad that may follow) - stay tuned
