Accelerit service is dismal

This provider is so useless. I have been trying to get my fibre fixed for over a week now. I have called the centre over 20 time over the last 8 days and their people have come to my unit 5 times without fixing the issue. These ISP's are a ****. I will cancel my subscription. Ticket number is 91581.
