I have been trying to get my internet sorted. I no longer want the services. A cancellation and reimbur*****t of the days not used and the current bill paid for January to be refunded as well.

Today alone I have called 5 times, line rings with no answer. It automatically drops my call.

I use the internet for work as well. This has been proving to be a tedious exercise in getting a technician out.

A tech that never came but I am told he was sent back. There has been no courtesy or urgent understanding of the need for this issue to be resolved.

Going on two weeks now with no internet. A cancellation and reimbur*****t is all I want now. I have been patient and understanding.
