Accelerit poor fibre service

I have been down without internet since yesterday, and my entire house depends on internet. I have logged a call #094632 with Accelerit yesterday without response, today when I call they escalate the call to Metrofibre, who tells me their turnaround time is 3-4 working days. Accelerit please this is very disappointing service, can someone please help improve fibre service.
