Accelerit PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Accelerit - PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst service provider ever - i wish i had come to Hello Peter before signing up with them. My accounts keeps getting disconnected and i'm told that my card payment was not processed. Each month i am charged R90 for this. I've escalated and yet to receive a response this is days later. I’m calling Accelerit and it’s taken 15 minutes to speak to your accounts department – she tries to put me through to the technical department and as usual my call gets dropped. I've had to call back and its taken another 15 minute to get my line re-instated and they say I need to go back to accounts sat for another 10 minutes for accounts to tell me that my account has been successfully paid please i need to chat to the technical department... my Saga continues
