Accelerit - pay for a service that you will not get

I have paid for their service for a few months now and have not received anything that I have paid for (this is basically like theft... Promising me something that they have no interest in delivering judging from their apathy with regard to my complaints) I have really tried to be optimistic with Accelerit but the constant issues I have had has just depleted by optimistic self such that I do not even know how such a company could take pride in their product. I employed their service to provide two of my tenants with WiFi internet service for which my tenants have not seen one drop of. I can't tell you how many complaints I have logged and their support is so shocking that I can't believe they are still in business. So here are just a FEW of the issues I have with them:

- They keep changing payment dates randomly for the month and then suddenly cut the internet. - They give no warning when they are performing services on their servers and then I have to call to find out what is wrong. - They claim to have sent technicians to my property that actually don't end up coming... I don't know if there is some internal conflict or miscommunication happening within Accelerit between departments but someone is clearly lying to someone, all the while I (the client) am the one who is suffering in the end. - They claim that their technicians have SORTED OUT issues that actually are NOT sorted out... I don't even know what "sorted out" means to them anymore. I can't even depend on their word anymore... they have done this so many times.

Alas, today... after all the complaints sent, all the emails, all the claimed call outs, AND all of my MONTHLY PAYMENTS TO THEM... I have yet to see one drop of WiFi access to my two tenants. I am done with this company called Accelerit... Do not use their service unless you enjoy babysitting them with constant calls and emails, hassling with them to no avail AND paying money for a product that you won't get. I have lost credibility with my tenants BECAUSE of their horrific service... This seemingly harmless decision to use this company has actually caused more damage to MY SERVICE to my tenants that I wish that I had just read properly and trusted the bad reviews written about Accelerit already. I have now learnt my lesson... Don't make my mistake.
