Accelerit Pathetic Service

Accelerit Fibre had been working fine but in the month of September 2021, their connection was bad and i ended up losing business. I then requested them to cancel my account with immediate effect but they never did that and they just keep debiting my account. I have sent numerous emails to them but no response. When you call them, they do not pick up their phones. They are basically *****ing money from me. Their service is pathetic and they just do not care about their customers.
