ACCELERIT ISP - STAY AWAY!!!!

Please stay away from these clowns!!! They have a lot to learn when it comes to keeping clients happy. Their fibre internet services are constantly interrupted - when communicating with them over the phone you deal with *********** staff and get cut off before resolving issues. It has taken six calls the last time before I gave up. Then when I cancel my service to go to another provider they hold me ransom with my line - saying I need to courier their router back to them before they will release the line (that is not functioning more than half of any day). I feel that if they should get their courier to uplift the router - as they are at fault here. My wife and I work from home and cannot afford to have no connectivity. I sent their router back and made final payment. Lets see what happens next....... You have been warned - stay away from ACCELERIT at all costs.
